Great shot of Kirk's first brown trout on the Provo river.
What a great shot of a great brown trout. This was the big brown we landed right at dark after quite the tenacious battle.
Sunset on the way home from a great day of Park City Excursions Utah guided fly fishing.
Monster Middle River pig, caught in July of 2011. We are starting to see some quality fish returning to this top notch fishery, which is a great sign.
One of Deb's beauties. A very colorful rainbow is an understatement, that's a great fish without edits. All N A T U R A L! The fish in the Provo are very diverse in color tones, some being almost brilliant to others on the faded dull side of the trout spectrum.
Vivid black dots with great contrast on this Provo Brown trout.
Great shot of Mike casting to trout in the Provo River. We fished the lower section today and the water was rather high for this early in the spring. Running at an estimated 700 cfs.
A leader package out of my great grand father's leather fly pouch/ box. I need to locate the date on this stuff, put he was from New York, where I too was born. I imagine his fly fishing gear is from the turn of the century, fly fishing family relics.
Old Fishing Leader from my great grand-fathers fly box. The date was 1917, some pretty old fishing leader.
