Jim, Alex, and John getting there first opportunity to fish and took advantage of there time on the water. It's pretty great to see such young men having the opportunity to learn fly fishing skills and have the experience of hooking and landing some great wild trout on Utah's Provo river. We had a wonderful day and hooked and lost several nice fish. Utah fly fishing youth, memories of your first trout on a fly rod will are not likely to ever leave the minds of these boys and will be some of the best memories that life has to offer, at-least if they get the fishing bug as I did as a young man fishing in the great north west in Seattle Washinton. Even with river flows at the highest I have seen in the ten years of fishing and guiding on the Provo river, we made it happen, which again the story is told through the photograph's below. Enjoy!
