Brian on a guided Fly Fishing to the lower Provo river on June 11th 2011. A few photos from our trip on what was a beautiful summer day and we had the river just about to ourselves. The fish are adjusting to water flows as well as the aquatic insects resulting in a weak hatch never really never fully developed to put the trout into a " feeding frenzy " per say. The fish where consistently taking our flies around 2:00 in the afternoon, which was the most productive part of the day yesterday, and the Provo river flows are at an Ideal level running at about 500 cfs. The day turned out great with a few nice fish landed and a few that snapped the line on a hard runs down river. Another great day fishing the lower Provo river.
